It needs to wait to David Moyes. /EPL

In May in 2013, Alex Ferguson, he leaded Manchester United for 27 years as manager, declared retire. And David Moyes, he has leaded Everton for 11years(2002 ~2013), came to new manager of Manchester United.

Manchester United guaranteed of 6 years as contract year. In other words, it means to give times that he promote young players at youth system like 'Ferguson's children'. Otherwise it does not make an explanation that Manchster United guaranteed of 6 years as contract year.

AS soon as Moyes came to manager of Manchester United, most of coaches who have assisted Ferguson leaved Manchester United. And empty position filled Moyes' men. It means to express football of Moyes.

3 years generally mean that new manager colonizes his football philosophy to new team. New manager cannot help undergoing trial and error of 3 years.

And this rial and error showed recent fail of players scout. IF Manchester United manager was Alex Ferguson, he scouted players who he wanted to contract. Of course, it agreed Ferguson's plan. But It is different to David Moyes.

However, It thinks different that the players, who belongs to scouting list of Manchester United, never agreed Moyes' plan. (Of course, it is my thinking because I don't know moyes' thinking) Also, Moyes must colonize his football philosophy to Manchester United's players.

And Moyes has different point as compared with Ferguson. In 1986, when Ferguson contracted with Manchester United, Manchester United lanked middle level. So season goal of Manchester United was that survived to Division 1.

But in 2013, when Moyes contracted with Manchester United, Manchester United is top class team of English Premier League(EPL). So season goal of Manchester United is winer of EPL. So it will be provided to Moyes. It is due to that Ferguson leaved behind remarkable achievements.

However, it has something in common that it need enough time when new manager completes his football philosophy to new team. Manchster United won of FA CUP in 1989-90 season. It was first winner after 3 years when Ferguson contracted with Manchester United's manager. And in 1992-93 season Manchester United was winner of EPL. It was first winner after 3 years when Manchester United was winer of FA CUP.

It equals Moyes. He cannot help undergoing trial and error. But it is in the process of making strong team. So Manchester United fans need to wait like their ex manager Alex Ferguson.
